One subscription. Then, per campaign, one of two prices — never both.
Every account carries the platform subscription. Each campaign then bills one way or the other: a flat campaign fee (one price, whatever the turnout) or per attended household (pay only for who walks in, with no campaign fee on top). You choose per campaign; the model is locked once the campaign goes live.
LeadQuiver platform
The full campaign platform: registration funnels, automated reminders, call worklists, event-day check-in, and outcome reporting.
- Unlimited events and landing pages
- Automated email + SMS reminders
- Confirmation call worklists
- Real-time fill dashboard
- Cost-per-appointment reporting
Campaign launch
Flat-fee campaign: one managed campaign at a fixed price, whatever the turnout — creative pre-check, mail QR + ad tracking, launch gate, and the full reminder and follow-up sequence. Applies to flat-fee campaigns only; a per-attended-household campaign never pays it. Media spend (ads, mail) is separate.
- One price per campaign, regardless of turnout — never combined with per-household billing
- FINRA 2210 AI pre-check before broker-dealer submission
- Mailer QR codes + RSVP code gate
- Meta campaign push (paused until you approve)
- Post-event follow-up sequences
Verified attendance
Pay for results: billed per household that actually walks into the room, verified at check-in and invoiced after the event. No campaign fee applies — the per-household rate is the whole price of the campaign. No-shows cost nothing.
- No campaign fee — this rate is the whole campaign price
- Billed post-event, never up front
- Household-level, not per person
- Verified at event-day check-in
- Full attendee data included
Direct-mail program
Flat per-campaign fee for campaigns that include a direct-mail drop: list intake hygiene, CASS verification, postcard variants, QR + RSVP-code tracking, delivery scans, and matchback. Print and postage are billed as media at cost.
Prices shown are current list prices. The flat campaign fee and per-attended-household billing are alternatives — a campaign is billed under one, never both. Attendance billing is invoiced post-event against the check-in roster. Per-campaign media spend (ads, mail) is separate and belongs to you — the flat fee does not include it, unlike some vendors' bundled digital packages, so compare the all-in number. Campaigns that include a direct-mail drop carry the direct-mail program fee above, once per campaign, in addition to the campaign's own pricing; print and postage are billed at cost.
Direct-booked meetings
For the prospects who'll never RSVP to a dinner: a booking page under your brand, a Social Security claiming-age analyzer that ends in a booked meeting, and automatic re-invitations to past registrants. Billed like the room — a flat rate per meeting actually held, never per no-show. Per-meeting pricing is in pilot; we'll put a number on it for your firm on the walkthrough.
How the billing actually works
Do I pay the campaign fee and per attended household?
No — one or the other, chosen per campaign, never both. A flat-fee campaign pays the campaign fee and nothing at the door. A per-attended-household campaign pays only for the households that walk in and carries no campaign fee. The platform subscription is separate and covers your account either way.
What counts as an attended household?
A household bills once if any member walks into the room — verified at event-day check-in, not estimated. Couples registered together are one household, not two attendees.
When am I billed for attendance?
After the event. The roster is frozen at close-out, the invoice lists every attended household by name, and you pay only what the door actually produced.
What if nobody shows?
Then the attendance invoice is zero. That's the point — the risk of an empty room sits with us, not with your marketing budget.
Am I locked into your topics or venues?
No. Performance pricing elsewhere comes with a fixed topic menu and vendor-approved venues. Here you choose the topic, the venue, and the brand on the invitation — yours.
Who owns the registrant data?
You do. Every lead, call note, and outcome lives in your account and is exportable at any time — including if you leave.
What about prospects who won't attend a seminar?
They get their own door: a direct booking page under your brand, a Social Security claiming-age analyzer that ends in a booked meeting, and automatic re-invitations to past registrants who never converted. It ships with every account.
How do direct-booked meetings bill?
The same principle as the room: only a meeting that actually happens can bill, at a flat per-held-meeting rate you set — no-shows never cost anything. Per-meeting pricing is in pilot; ask on the walkthrough and we'll put a number on it for your firm.
What does adding direct mail cost?
A flat direct-mail program fee per campaign that includes a mail drop — charged once, the first time a production drop is scheduled, never again for a second wave. It covers list intake hygiene, CASS verification, postcard variants, QR and RSVP-code tracking, delivery scans, and matchback. Print and postage are billed at cost, never marked up. It applies alongside either campaign model; it is what incumbents charge for a mail program, and it is on this page.
