Client Terms of Service

Version 0.1-placeholder · effective 2026-10-21

Draft. This is a placeholder outline of the agreement between Lead Quiver LLC and the firms that use its seminar-marketing platform. It is not yet a binding document; the final text is being prepared by counsel and will replace this page under a new version number.

These terms govern the use of the Lead Quiver LLC platform by a financial advisory firm (the "firm") to plan, fill, and run educational seminars. They are separate from the consumer-facing Terms of Service and Privacy Policy that apply to seminar registrants.

Scope of services

[Placeholder.] What LeadQuiver provides for each campaign: audience targeting, ad placement, the registration funnel, reminders, confirmation calls, event-day check-in, appointment booking, outcome tracking and reporting. What the firm provides: the presenter, the venue and meal, the approved creative, and timely answers on approvals.

Fees, media and invoicing

[Placeholder.] Pricing per attended household or flat fee as set on the firm's workspace; who fronts media spend (LeadQuiver or the firm, with a written media authorization when the firm pays); invoice terms (Net 15), attendance evidence attached, dispute window, and the rule that a second campaign is gated on the first being paid.

Compliance responsibilities

[Placeholder.] The firm's broker-dealer or compliance designee approves all marketing creative before it runs; LeadQuiver never runs creative ahead of that written approval. The firm is responsible for the accuracy of its own disclosures, bio, and credentials. Consumer consent for SMS and email is captured per message type and honored (STOP, unsubscribe, quiet hours).

Data ownership and privacy

[Placeholder.] Registrant data collected for the firm's campaigns belongs to the firm; LeadQuiver processes it to deliver the service, keeps it isolated from other firms, and retains it per the platform privacy policy. Aggregate, de-identified benchmarks may be used across clients.

Term and cancellation

[Placeholder.] Per-campaign engagement; cancellation before the mail drop or ad launch versus after, and what is billable in each case.

Limitation of liability and disputes

[Placeholder.] Counsel-drafted limitation of liability, indemnities, governing law and dispute resolution.
